How we get started
How do you want your site to look?
You need to decide how you want your site to look. We can show you examples of different sites. All options include putting your logo on the site - so the site is bespoke to you and clearly for your organisation.
Your Documents
We also need 'your' documents (contracts of employment, standards, rules etc) to go on it!!
You may already have documents that are up-to date and in an acceptable form - in which case there is no additional charge. Alternatively we can amend (and update) your current documents; you can draft your own documents (using our HR in-a-box templates); or we can draft all your documents for you under one of our consultancy options.
It is important that your HR documents are right for your business and reflect your business needs and requirements (as well as meeting legal requirements and protecting your business). Documents should give you flexibility and help protect the organisation; as well as creating clarity for employees.
We provide different options and solutions relating to drafting contracts of employment and your employee handbook to meet different budgets and requirements. Further details on what included with each of these options is available on request.

Loading and launching your hr services site
Once we have your documents and we know how your site is going to look we need to set up your site - loading all your HR documents, designing your forms, setting-up different user accounts (e.g. which group of people have access to which areas). We work with you to make sure you are happy with the content and how the system works.
You can either pay a set up fee and a lower monthly subscription - or no set up fee and a higher monthly subscription.

Additional Costs
Updates relating to changes in employment legislation are included in your monthly subscription.
You can however request additional updates ... for example if you have an internal vacancy we can put this up on your site; if you have a newsletter we can put this on the site. If you want to change your policy on dress code, or travel arrangements; tell us the changes and we will update the site. We will normally action any updates within 48 hours (and often sooner than this).
